Hole 1 Par 5 HCP 3
336 Yards   318 Yards   279 Yards

On this opening par 5 all tee positions face a carry across water. The landing area for the drive is protected on the left by a series of fairway bonkers with a slice encountering a shrub lined waterway. The second shot requires accuracy through a narrowing fairway bordered on the left by water and OB on the right. A short iron crossing another water inlet, to below the pin, on this large tiered green will give the best result.

Hole 2 Par 4 HCP 7
155 Yards   133 Yards   116 Yards

A 170 yard carry from the Blue tees across water is needed on this par four. Distance and accuracy is critical with the second through the narrow opening to the green. Water is a feature all down the left of the fairway to the green and Pine trees line the right hand side OB before the oval angled green, protected by sand traps in the front, opens up to view.

Hole 3 Par 5 HCP 4
493 Yards   486 Yards   468 Yards

Accurate drives are required as water has to be carried from the tee with a large lake running right down the length of the right side of the fairway. Second shots made easier if the tee shot lands to the right of the tree on the left hand side of the fairway. A medium iron is required to lay up with the second prior to a third crossing the water to a deceptively small green protected by bunkers to the right hand side and front.

Hole 4 Par 3 HCP 9
388 Yards   375 Yards   358 Yards

A medium length par 3, with a bamboo cluster catching pulls to the front left. Bunkers to the right and behind the large green catch the over-hit tee shot.

Hole 5 Par 4 HCP 5
154 Yards   145 Yards   125 Yards

Dog-leg left where the tee shot must clear the bunkers positioned to the left hand side of the landing area. Long drives and slices will caught by the lateral water hazard on the left. An accurate tee shot will allow a medium iron second to be used. Avoiding water all down the left and the sand traps to the front right of the large angled green.

Hole 6 Par 3 HCP 8
348 Yards   334 Yards   290 Yards

Shortish par 3 surrounded by water, except to extreme back left. Bunkers strategically positioned for the shot not landing on the green. Large quick green, slopes back to front.

Hole 7 Par 4 HCP 2
344 Yards   326 Yards   294 Yards

A short carry over water on this water par four hole will find a straight drive avoiding the tree lined left side of the fairway, but slices will encounter sand traps on the right hand side. The partially blind, large , concave green will required a will judged second shot to avoid trees, deep qully's and bunkers on the right hand side of the approach.

Hole 8 Par 4 HCP 1
428 Yards   400 Yards   375 Yards

Vary long par 4 where a decision has to be made on the tee as whether to play to the raised left fairway or hit a straight shot in front of the lateral water hazard avoiding the OB to the right and the large stand of trees to the left that separates the left and right fairways. The second from either fairway requires a 200+ yard shot where distance is more important than accuracy. The very large tow tiered green provides a good target.

Hole 9 Par 5 HCP 6
510 Yards   495 Yards   448 Yards

A hole that benefits long hitters from the back tees where a 230+ drive is needed to a wide fairway. The second shot however requires accurate positioning away from the right hand side bunkers and the slope down to the water. The third shot to a long narrow green some 110 yards away, is critical for distance. 50 yards of water has to be carried with bunkers catching over hit and short shots. A great finishing hole.
